One of my obsessions is the art of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Art Nouveau, Jugendstil, then Art Deco, and so on. The magic time, when the form was extremely expressive, the color was saturated, and the very utilitarian thing like a steam locomotive was a not only a pice industrial design, but decorative art as well.
